- I have lost my activation code.

- My activation code is not valid.

- Can't use the activation code anymore. The
message "Error. The maximum number of device activations has been exceeded",
"the activation code is not valid" appears.
This message means that there is no possibility
using the code on further devices for reason of its limitation. However you can
still restore your dictionary on your previous devices* (on those, where you
have entered the activation code previously).
- I have an activation code. Can't find the field to enter it.
The location of the menu item for entering your code may differ depending
on your operating system, device model and dictionary version, etc. Please find
below some screenshots showing the item in some of our products:
The soft «Menu» button may be
hidden on some devices. In this case try to press the hardware «Menu» button until the required pop-up
Use the right mouse button to show the pop-up menu
After launching the app, please go to the catalog screen. On the right side you will see all available dictionaries. Please find the
required one among the list and use the activate item to enter the code. In
order to go to the pop-up menu you have to click on the arrow as it is shown in
the screenshot below:
